Lavazza

In 1895 Luigi Lavazza opened a small grocery store in Turin, Italy. 1910 Lavazza began to focus more on coffee trading and started to roast coffee himself in 1923. One year after the company founder had died the predecessor of the Lavazza Qualità Oro was introduced. Today, Lavazza is a leading global coffee roaster with a turnover of more than EUR 1.2bn.
